About Us

Henbridge Hospitalities Pvt.Ltd. was launched in 1990.  At that time, nobody would have predicted the vision of Mr.Maxim Mathias, which transferred it into a chain of fast food and fine dinning destinations in the western India.

 

Henbridge Hospitalities currently have four brands under its wings (1) Shagun, Pure Vegetarian Fast Food, (2) Little King Dinning Bar, (3) Maxan’s Dubai Luxury Dinning Bar  and (4) Dalchini Fast Food  food court outlets.

 

All brands have very different atmosphere and even the food varieties are also different. The Shagun has a typical South Indian / Indian menu along with Fruit juice / Faloodas and Pave Bhaji. While The Little King has a typical Indian/Chinese menu specializing in Sea food, the Maxan’s and the Dalchini has very innovative menu consisting some of the unorthodox Indian/Chinese and Thai cuisine. The combos served over the counter at Dalchini are very unique and filling.  As an innovation, the Maxan’s and Dalchini’s outlets at Ahmedabad are pure vegetarian which is as per the region’s demand.

 

At Little King and Maxan’s (except Ahmedabad), we have a well stocked bar serving wide varieties of Indian & imported sprits/brews/ wines and cocktails shaken or  blended  by our skilled Barman who is equally skilled in mixing non alcoholic mock tails & punches  for the teetotaler.

 

All the outlets are manned by competent / qualified and experienced staff who personally look after the guest’s demand so that their visit becomes memorable and thereby retain them for ever.

 

In the near future, the group expects massive expansion in terms of outlets in and around Mumbai and budget Three Star Residential hotel at Thane.  The group is also looking out in giving out franchises at locations outside Mahrashtra.
